Ready for eet by Maneet Chauhan at Disney Springs? We Have a Menu Now

eet by Maneet Chauhan, a new Indian counter service restaurant, will soon open at Disney Springs. Walt Disney World recently publicized the menu items to be served when this new restaurant concept opens.

At eet by Maneet Chauhan, guests will discover authentic Indian cuisine created by celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan. This counter service Indian option will reside in The Marketplace area of Disney Springs.

Now, we still lack information about the opening date. Initial speculation leaned towards eet by Maneet Chauhan opening by the end of 2023.

Despite that, Walt Disney World released the menu information for this new restaurant. Indian cuisine fans look forward to this place opening, filling a gap on Walt Disney World property for a full-fledged Indian restaurant.

Maneet Chauhan

Maneet Chauhan has served as the executive chef of several restaurants in Chicago, Nashville, and New York. She was awarded a James Beard Award of Excellence. Also, Chauhan gained additional fame as a judge and participant on several Food Network shows. She and her husband, Vivek Deora, will be opening this restaurant at Disney Springs. Deora owns over 20 restaurants across the United States.

This restaurant will take guests on a culinary journey through India. eet’s menu will consist of a carefully curated tapestry of regional Indian specialties that reflect the diversity and richness of the country’s culinary heritage. From the aromatic spices of North India to the coastal flavors of the South, each dish will transport guests on a remarkable journey across the vast culinary landscape of India. Guests should expect a symphony of vibrant colors, tantalizing aromas, and intricate flavors that will leave you craving more.

Walt Disney World shared some photos of the menu items that guests can enjoy in the near future at eet by Maneet Chauhan. The menu information now also helps guests plan their visit to this new Disney Springs counter service restaurant. The menu looks like this:

  • Tandoori Chicken Poutine – chaat masala fries, tandoori chicken, white cheddar curds, rich tomato butter sauce – $14.00
  • I.Y. Pani Puri – (7 pcs.) crispy semolina puffs, black garbanzo beans, potatoes, tamarind, date chutney, mint cilantro water – $12.00
  • Walking Taco – crunchy indian puff snacks, spicy pork chili, indian pico de gallo, tamarind chutney, cojita cheese – $12.00

Build Your Own Bowl

These “Build Your Own Bowl” entrées cost $18.00. These bowls include pickled red cabbage, indian pico de gallo, and masala chickpea pearls. Guests choose their base, kabab, and sauce.

The bases are cumin basmati rice, turmeric riced cauliflower, or fresh salad greens. The kababs are tandoori chicken, paneer tikka, basil cilantro shrimp, and masala roasted cauliflower. The sauce choices range from tikka (aromatic buttery tomato sauce), saag (rich earthy spinach sauce), moilee (golden coconut curry sauce), korma (cashew saffron sauce), bhunna (classic indian curry sauce).

This concept should remind Walt Disney World experienced visitors of Satu’li Canteen in Disney’s Animal Kingdom with the make-your-own style bowls.
