‘Rise of the Resistance’ Boarding Groups Return Window Can Be One Hour Down From Two Hours

Just an FYI to those of you going to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to ride the new Rise of the Resistance attraction. The window for return might have just gotten cut by half.

According to WDWNT you need to double check your return window time frame if you get a Rise of the Resistance boarding group.

Previously it was set for two-hours, but now it is coming up one-hour more often than not. Two-hour return is not always the case now.

Make sure you have your have push notifications activated on the My Disney Experience App and double check the notification information to see which time window you have been given.

Disney might be doing this to tighten up the boarding groups so that they can bring more stand-by guests onto the attraction. Or to tighten up times if (more like when) the attraction goes down.

This is on the heels of the guest surveys they were doing for Rise of the Resistance too.
