IMDB Lists Harrison Ford As “Han Solo” In Book Of Boba Fett Chapter 7

The most recent episode of the Book of Boba Fett series on Disney Plus really made fans excited with the return of Pedro Pascal’s Mandalorian character. Which really says something about how this iteration of the iconic bounty hunter is being revived by the fanbase. It takes the return of a popular character to make your series relevant again, especially when that character feels more faithful to the original concept of Boba Fett. But with the brief return of Mandalorian it appears that another iconic character will be returning, and not one that you would probably expect.

Thanks to a recent listing on IMDB (Internet Movie Database) a listing for Episode 7 it shows that not only will the Mandalorian be present, but also Harrison Ford as the iconic space smuggler Han Solo.

Although it might be somewhat surprising to some since Harrison Ford has been known to somewhat dislike playing the character in recent years. Almost nobody expected him to appear in 2019’s Rise of Skywalker. But the rumor was that he was at Lucasfilm to film a de-aged Han Solo appearance while  filming the 5th Indiana Jones film. Perhaps Boba Fett may seek to get revenge on Hon Solo ever since he caused him to fall into the Sarlacc Pitt in Return of the Jedi.

With Mark Hamill’s Luke Skywalker appearing at the end of Season 2 of The Mandalorian with state of the art deepfake technology (Along with hiring the popular deepfake YouTuber Shamook) we will most likely get to see a 35 year old Harrison Ford once more. With both Luke and Han returning perhaps we might also see Princess Lea appear in one of the Mando-verse tv series (With Carrie Fisher’s daughter, Billie Lourd, voicing her). And who knows, maybe we’ll finally see the OG three reunite on screen for the first time since 1983.

The episode is set to release on February 9th, 2022.

Editor Note —Let’s just hope it isn’t a fake out as this should have been kept under wraps. But maybe the show needs the publicity help given how it’s been so far.

Are you excited to see Han Solo return?
