EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival kicks off on March 2 and runs through the 4th of July this year. Disney is already moving quickly towards this event and have even given us a sneak peek at this year’s Orange Bird Spirit Jersey and the theming around the merchandise lines coming to this year’s event.
Let’s take a look!
Previously we mentioned that there were going to be five lines for this year’s event and they include:
“Mickey Mouse Home Garden
Celebrate this year’s festival with home garden-inspired merchandise from this collection featuring vibrant apparel, drinkware, garden tools and so much more.
Find adorable Orange Bird keepsakes within this vibrant collection that includes apparel, accessories and other novelties.
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse
Browse a collection that celebrates Mickey and Minnie Mouse—featuring apparel, drinkware, trading pins and a MagicBand.
Grow your imagination with Figment-themed apparel, drinkware and more as you dream green this festival season.
Spike the Bee
Find sweet reminders of Spike the Bee on apparel, accessories, drinkware, a garden stake and other collectible novelties.”
A lot of these sound like the same categories from previous years so I’m hoping we get a lot of new items this year.
I’m a sucker for Orange Bird merchandise and I know a lot of other people are too so I’m sure the Spirit Jersey will be popular.
I do have to wonder if we will see the Figment popcorn bucket return for this event after the extreme popularity of it during the current Festival of the Arts. I know that the Orange Bird and Spike the Bee sippers have returned after they proved to be incredibly popular.
I’m kind of hoping for something new this year.
