Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival is coming soon and now we have more looks at some of the great food and beverage offerings coming with it.
On March 4th the Festival begins with topiaries, treats, tours, merchandise, entertainment and more.
This year the festival will feature 16 Outdoor Kitchens. You can see the menus HERE.
Let’s take a look at some of the fantastic food headed our way.

Taste Of Marrakesh
For the Taste of Marrakesh we have the Harissa Chicken Kebab with Dried Fruit Couscous Salad and Cilantro Oil, pictured on the left, and the Fried Cauliflower with Capers, Garlic Parsley and Chili-Ranch Sauce (KA), pictured on the right.
Hanami
I love the stuff from Hanami, their food is always gorgeous!
Pictured here is the very popular Frushi: Strawberry, Pineapple, and Cantaloupe wrapped in Sweet Rice and Pink Soy Wrap served with Whipped Cream, Drizzled Berry Sauce and Toasted Coconut (KA) in the upper left.
The Menchi Katsu Slider: Japanese-style Panko-breaded Beef Patty topped with Tonkatsu Sauce, Mayonnaise, Cucumber, and Pickled Lotus Root in the upper right.

Magnolia Terrace (NEW)
A new outdoor kitchen this year is the Magnolia Terrace.
Here we see the Southern Seafood Boil: Shrimp, Mussels, Crawfish, Potatoes, Corn and Andouille Sausage in the upper left.

Primavera Kitchen
From the Primavera Kitchen we have theLa Regina “Margherita”: Rustic Italian Flatbread, Vine-ripened Tomatoes, Whole-Milk Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Basil (KA) on the left and Zeppole: Ricotta Cheese Fritters, Powdered Sugar, Raspberry Sauce and Chocolate-hazelnut Drizzle (KA) on the right.
Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market
Over in the Baurnmarkt kitchen we have the Potato Pancake with Caramelized Ham, Onions, and Herb Sour Cream, the Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with Black Forest Ham and Melted Gruyère Cheese (KA) and the Warm Cheese Strudel with Mixed Berries (KA)

Here are three items from the Mexican themed kitchen. On the far left is the Chilaquiles con Pollo: Chipotle-braised Chicken and Tortillas served with Salsa Ranchera, Monterey Jack Cheese, Crema Mexicana, and Guajillo Cheese. In the center we have the Choriqueso Torta: Bolillo Roll filled with Chorizo and Monterey Jack Cheese, Avocado Mousse, and Jalapeños.
