More Images of Food Coming to EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival

Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival is coming soon and now we have more looks at some of the great food and beverage offerings coming with it.

On March 4th the Festival begins with topiaries, treats, tours, merchandise, entertainment and more.

This year the festival will feature 16 Outdoor Kitchens. You can see the menus HERE.

Let’s take a look at some of the fantastic food headed our way.

The  Canard Confit à l’Orange: Braised Duck Confit à l’Orange with Mashed Sweet Potatoes (upper right)

The Tarte Tropézienne, Coulis Framboise: Brioche Cake filled with Light Pastry Cream and served with Raspberry Coulis (bottom left)

And the Éclair Chocolat Framboise: Éclair filled with Raspberry and Chocolate Mousse (bottom right)

For the Taste of Marrakesh we have the Harissa Chicken Kebab with Dried Fruit Couscous Salad and Cilantro Oil, pictured on the left, and the Fried Cauliflower with Capers, Garlic Parsley and Chili-Ranch Sauce (KA), pictured on the right.

Hanami

I love the stuff from Hanami, their food is always gorgeous!

Pictured here is the very popular Frushi: Strawberry, Pineapple, and Cantaloupe wrapped in Sweet Rice and Pink Soy Wrap served with Whipped Cream, Drizzled Berry Sauce and Toasted Coconut (KA) in the upper left.

The Menchi Katsu Slider: Japanese-style Panko-breaded Beef Patty topped with Tonkatsu Sauce, Mayonnaise, Cucumber, and Pickled Lotus Root in the upper right.

The bottom image is the gorgeous Salmon Flower Ikura: Fresh-cut Salmon, Salmon Roe, Spinach, Watermelon Radish, and Chilled Ramen tossed with Poke Sauce

Magnolia Terrace (NEW)

A new outdoor kitchen this year is the Magnolia Terrace.

Here are three items from the Mexican themed kitchen. On the far left is the Chilaquiles con Pollo: Chipotle-braised Chicken and Tortillas served with Salsa Ranchera, Monterey Jack Cheese, Crema Mexicana, and Guajillo Cheese.  In the center we have the Choriqueso Torta: Bolillo Roll filled with Chorizo and Monterey Jack Cheese, Avocado Mousse, and Jalapeños.  The far right image we see the Quesadilla al Pastor: Flour Tortilla filled with Monterey Jack Cheese and Pork Pastor topped with Grilled Pineapple, Salsa Verde, Red Onion, and Cilantro
