If you log in and go to the FastPass section it will appear as an option for you to book.
We got through on the website but not the My Disney Experience App. So you may need to check them both.
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway is the newest attraction coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It is replacing the Great Movie Ride attraction in the Chinese Theater building.
