Exclusive Stitch Interactive Toy Coming to Walgreens

Lilo and Stitch fans get ready because Walgreens is getting an exclusive interactive Stitch toy from Playmates Toys!

According to ToyBook.com the new figure will be 6.5 inches tall and will be a “Magic Motion Figure” that will react, in Stitch’s iconic voice, with a library of over 40 phrases and sounds. Sensors located on his head and stomach will activate the sounds and movements.
The toy has an “interactive tilt sensor” as well as “articulated eyes, ears, mouth and head.”

Playmate Toys Vice President of Marketing and Product Development, Pat Linden indicated that they wanted a toy that would appeal to Stitch fans of varying ages:

“We’ve incorporated many of Stitch’s iconic phrases into an animatronic figure to create a super cool, interactive experience. Stitch fans — children and millennials alike — will find this unique figure to be the perfect addition to their ohana.

The toy is already hitting shelves. I’m not sure of the actual price in store, but they are already hitting secondary market sites like eBay.  Judging by the size of the toy I can’t think it’s the $45-$50 price resellers are asking for.

Start checking if you are interested. This would definitely make a great holiday gift for Disney or Stitch fans–both young and older.
