Disney Gives Yet Another Sneak Peek at Upcoming ‘Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure” in EPCOT

It seems Disney is giving fans yet another “sneak peek” at the upcoming “Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.” This time they brought in Emily Jacobsen, who went viral for singing a song about Remy and Disney is trying to use that.

Here’s the sneak peek video:

Of course they used this as an opportunity to put her in their upcoming new merchandise items too.

In addition to her “first look” at the new attraction, Emily got a “first wear” of the special ear headband inspired by Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. The headband will be available for purchase in 2021.

The attraction is opening up sometime in 2021. It was supposed to open last summer, so I’m thinking it will be soon.

Of course they had her put it up on their Disney Parks TikTok to leverage her.

Move over Insta Wine Moms Disney is going for TikTok “influencers” now!

I’m sorry but I have to call this out.

Once again Disney is trying to leverage social media and TikTok to try and get traction, but they’ve been trying this with Instagram too and it doesn’t equate to sales and bookings. Now they are trying to use this girl, who became a “worldwide social media phenomenon,” to try and gain traction and credibility on a platform they are trying to utilize.

I guess since Disney and China are so close it makes sense to use TikTok.

This reminds me of their whole Disney Channel segment telling kids about how cool the Instagram Hashtag walls are and how they should go to Disney to see them.

Hashtag walls. For real.

It was like “Beg your parents to see Instagram walls kids.” Now they are trying to leverage a girl, who seems quite sweet actually, to get “the cool kids” to beg their parents for trips to Disney.

Seriously Disney.

But for park fans you can get a look at the upcoming attraction. I know a lot of people are excited about it. I can’t wait to see the whole new area that includes the ride. It looks really cool and I don’t need to leverage someone else to say so.
