Hasbro Pulse has introduced another new version of the Black Series Boba Fett. The difference? This Boba is painted or molded all in black. Even his Wookie braids are black. So why not just remove some of the flair if you’re trying to mask who you really are?

This figure is based on Fett’s look in the Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters comic. The disguised bounty hunter is limited to 1 per person and will cost you $33.99. Yup, he is about $10 more expensive than other Black Series figures. The comic book-inspired son of Jango will arrive around the 1st of December.

When delivering Han Solo frozen in carbonite to Jabba the Hutt, Boba Fett must strike a deal. As payment, Fett must kill a local fighting pit warrior. He disguises himself so he can fight without suffering repercussions.

Kids and collectors alike can imagine the biggest battles and missions in the Star Wars saga with figures from Star Wars The Black Series! With exquisite features and decoration, this series embodies the quality and realism that Star Wars devotees love. Star Wars The Black Series includes figures, vehicles, and roleplay items from the 40-plus-year legacy of the Star Wars Galaxy, including comics, movies, and animated series.

As you can see, this figure is part of Hasbro’s new efforts to reduce non-biodegradable waste while also increasing prices. The box may now take fewer materials to produce, but you’re going to pay more anyway for the recolored version of a figure that has been on the market for years. That sort of sums up Star Wars under Disney pretty well.
