Yes A Guest Left Their Luggage on Their Porch For the Magical Express To Pick It Up

You read that right. According to an ex Cast Member their most unusual story involves a guest leaving their luggage, at home, on their porch, because they thought that the Magical Express meant they would come to their house and get their luggage too.

As bad as I feel for this person (people) I don’t know what they thought or how they came to this conclusion.

The video was posted on TikTok by Bcros0 in response to @evansnead’s hillarious video about questions guests ask a the parks.

Here is the video by @evansnead that is a compilation of questions guests ask.

@evansneadstill love every single guest, no matter how ridiculous the request. #fyp #disney #disneyparks #castmember #disneyworld #disneyland #FriendsReunion♬ SUNNY DAY – Matteo Rossanese

Here’s bcros0’s response where she indicates that she had worked for Walt Disney World as a CP in Bell Services and here’s her story:

@bcros0#stitch with @evansnead I’ve been waaaaaiting for this! #disneyworld #disney #castmember #castmemberstories

I have been waiting for this one.

I worked for Disney World as a CP in Bell Services, so at one of the resorts, and I once had a guest come up to me, who had been checked in for hours at that point, and they still hadn’t received their luggage to the room, and they were using Disney’s Magical Express Service.

We were trying to track down their luggage and we couldn’t find it anywhere in our systems so we finally asked the guest where they left their luggage.

They told us they left it on their front porch of their home because they thought the service was magical, and that they would come pick it up and take it to their room, as if there’s a magical bus that goes around all over the world and just picks up people’s luggage and sends it to Disney World, because they’re just supposed to know I guess.

That’s a 100% true story.”

I can’t imagine how awful it would be to arrive at Walt Disney World and have nothing. I’m sure Disney probably tried to point them in the right direction about where to get what they would need, but Wow!

I doubt that was in the employee handbook….then.  I wonder if they added it to the training materials after?  Like why a curling iron has warnings like “This product can burn eyes” and “Do not use when sleeping.”

I guess they needed to be more clear that the Magical Express takes your luggage from the airport to your hotel.

What do you think? Comment and let us know!
