Hasbro has announced that it’s partnering with Merlin Entertainments, who run the LEGOLAND Florida Resort, to build the “World’s first Peppa Pig theme park.” It will be opening as part of the LEGOLAND Florida Resort next year.
“Join Peppa Pig and her friends in 2022 at the World’s First Peppa Pig Theme Park only at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort!
Step into the playful world of Peppa Pig for the ultimate day of adventure! Snort, giggle & play in a theme park, exclusively designed for “little piggies” with multiple interactive rides & attractions, themed play areas complete with “muddy puddles” water play and fun live shows! Meet Peppa and her family on your child’s best day ever as you make your first theme park memories together!
Be among the first to receive email updates and offers from the new Peppa Pig Theme Park! It’s going to be oink-tastic!”
According to CNBC:
This will be a separate park at the LEGOLAND resort. We will get more information on attractions and things this summer.
“The Peppa Pig theme park will have annual passes available as well as inclusive passes that grant admission to Legoland’s theme park and water park, as well as other regional attractions from Merlin Entertainments.”
I’m just wondering if they are going to do costumed characters of Peppa and her family and what kind of Picasso-esque visual is that going to create?
