Yesterday Pixar posted adorable Incredibles art with a recipe for Jack Jack Num Num Cookies!
Armed with the recipe we set out to create the treats at home!
First we needed the ingredients:
The browned butter is what makes these cookies.
Then you follow the recipe:
Form the dough into balls and refrigerate. We left ours go for 2 hours.
While we waited I attempted to draw Jack-Jack on the chalkboard. Not my best work, but it was really hard as our chalkboard is painted onto the wall and it was more textured that I thought. But hey, at least I tried.
Upon baking we found that the ones that sat out an warmed up a bit worked better. We also had to turn the temperature up a bit and bake slightly longer.
There you have it! Completed cookies that do taste like the ones you get in the parks! They take bit longer than the regular recipes, but it’s worth it! My kids loved them!
What do you think? Comment and let us know!
