WandaVision Getting Bumped Up to 2020 on Disney+

Marvel fans it looks like we might get WandaVision sooner than we thought!

Disney+ put out a teaser reel showing what is coming to the streaming service in 2020 and WandaVision appears in it.

Previously it was slated for 2021 so it seems Disney is bumping it up and launching it the same year as Marvel Studios: The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

I’ll take it! With the ending of The Mandalorian Season 1, Disney+ was seeing a lot of people unsubscribe from the service, and perhaps they are trying to move up more of the higher demand properties in an attempt to keep subscribers with the promise an earlier release?

It could also be because it’s going to tie directly into the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness film and for reasons related to that it’s been moved up?  Who knows.

But it does seem like Disney+ is bringing in new content for 2020. Here’s the trailer:

From the trailer there seems to be several interesting and original movies and series coming in 2020 including a new Phineas and Ferb movie and Star Wars: The Clone Wars. I think it’s worth staying subscribed, for now.
