Well, we finally got some tangible details about Universal Orlando passholder appreciation days. Universal Orlando passholders got informed in midsummer that passholder appreciation days were returning, as expected, for 2022. Then on July 20th, we got a small amount of information from Universal Orlando’s passholder days perks. Of course, that announcement presented very vague perks that were anticipated. Those range from passholder hotel rates, an exclusive passholder magnet, and notice that exclusive food and merchandise would be offered during passholder days. All Universal Orlando passholders will have access to special advantages between August 15th and September 30th. Universal Orlando has been doing this promotion during slower times of year to give back to their annual passholders.

Not long ago, we got more details about “Passholder Days.” I, of course, focused on the exclusive food items. However, other exclusive annual passholder perks were formally announced. The expected hotel discounts, exclusive UOAP merchandise, and the coveted UOAP magnets. The passholder favorite, the UOAP magnets will be part of this year’s “Appreciation Days” festivities. As Universal Orlando proclaimed, “grab your coffee, hop in your ride and let your fellow motorists know you’re protected from the curse.” All Revenge of the Mummy attractions fans shall enjoy this exclusive magnet.

The passholder exclusive merchandise will be found for purchase at AP Lounge at Universal Studios Florida and Toon Extra store at Island of Adventure starting August 15, 2022, while supplies last. Passholders must present a valid Annual or Seasonal Pass at time of purchase. We do not have final details on this merchandise but expect some cool stuff. Rumors are some of the merchandise options might connect to Halloween Horror Nights 2022 for example. Yet those are rumors. I have no inside information.

Passholder days always include lots of exclusive food. As Universal Orlando said in marketing for the 2022 event, “Other diners will be looking over at your table, saying to themselves, “I didn’t see THAT on the menu.” Because it’s not on the menu. It’s only available to passholders.” This year, we got so many exclusive passholder days food items that I will cover the exclusive food in parks and CityWalk in a separate article.

Passholder Days offers a great chance to enjoy Universal Orlando. During these days, passholders get to enjoy Universal Orlando saving a little money at the same time. If you are a Universal Orlando passholder (or want to become one), this month and half offers a great opportunity for fun. Whether you are getting your magnet, soaking in the sun at your resort, enjoying some exclusive resort food and beverage, or buying some exclusive merchandise, have fun!
