I did find it interesting that so many keep saying that she’s “their princess” though. Especially since when she passed Twitter would jump people, like myself, for remembering her as Princess Leia and not “General Organa.” I didn’t understand why it mattered as you could say either.
It is also an interesting change from the argument that Rey brought strong women to Star Wars. Princess Leia did that from day one!
No matter what today is the anniversary of Carrie Fisher’s passing. Talk about touching so many people!
