Taking a Look at the Newest Disney Vacation Club Resort the Riviera

Disney’s newest DVC (Disney Vacation Club) resort is scheduled to open on December 16, 2019 in Walt Disney World.

The Riviera “will celebrate the grandeur of Europe—which has long inspired some of the greatest Disney stories with its castles and fairy-tale villages. Here, you can create your own great Disney story in the middle of the magic. At the end of each enchanting day, warm and stylish accommodations will welcome you, with a full range of options from cozy Tower Studios to spacious 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas and 3-Bedroom Grand Villas.”

One cool feature they will offer is the special fold out beds that blend in with the decor and hide a secret picture within.

The Riviera will consist of several room options:

  • Deluxe Studios

“Each stylish Deluxe Studio will sleep up to 5, with a queen-size bed, a pull-down queen-size bed, and a single pull-down bunk-size bed. Enjoy the convenience of your own kitchenette—and unwind on your private patio or balcony.”

  • 1-Bedroom Villas

  • 2-Bedroom Villas

  • 3-Bedroom Grand Villas that can hold up to 12 people!

  • NEW! Tower Studios – unique to Disney’s Riviera Resort, these accommodate up to 2 Guests

Pool areas at the Riviera will also be something to see!

The Riviera Pool with the tower slide, inspired by the stone towers of the Mediterranean.

Or visit the Beau Soleil Pool

Kids can visit the  S’il Vous Play area.

An interactive water feature for kids. Modeled after the European public fountains and a segment of Fantasia.

Plus there will be restaurants, walk ways, Disney Skyliner Access and more!
