Yesterday and today, June 11th and 12th, were set aside for media access to Universal Studio’s Orlando’s newest addition to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

The new Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure coaster will be opening to the public on June 13, 2019. We weren’t there (we would like to be in the future Universal), but we have a first look at the amazing queue and pre-show, thanks to the Theme Park Insider!

Take a look!

(This video is missing part of the queue that was closed during the media event, but they added the following video to show what was missed. (again all credit to Theme Park Insider))

Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure or Hagrid’s (as we will call it for short) has replaced the Dueling Dragons Coaster that used to be there. This new attraction takes you through an ancient castle (not visible to Muggles) and the Forbidden Forest. There are about 1,200 trees planted there just to create the forest!

Here’s a look at some of the queue.

I love the ancient looking frescoes on the walls.

Guests also take part in Hagrid’s Care of Magical Creatures Class where he takes you (the Muggle students) out into the field to study the creatures in action!

Mr. Weasley is there to use his……”knowledge” of Muggles to turn Sirius Black’s motorbike with sidecar into a long vehicle with seats for the class.

On your adventure look for Fluffy, Cornish Pixies, Blast-Ended Skrewts, Unicorns and more!

This looks exciting to me. I can get that just from this image! It feels open and a bit dangerous, especially since you zip through the Forbidden Forest, I can’t wait to ride this!

Make sure you stop in at Universal Studios Orlando to check out the new attraction!

What do you think? Comment and let us know!
