Tomorrow, June 14th, the new Guardians of the Galaxy-Awesome Mix Live! show will begin at the America Gardens Theater in Epcot’s World Showcase.

Celebrating the classic songs from the 70s and 80s Awesome Mix Volume 1 and Awesome Mix Volume 2 tapes, this stage show lets guests jam out with aliens, Star Lord, Gamora and even Groot.

The show debuted last year and is back by popular demand.  There are five shows daily, beginning tomorrow, and running until August 18, 2019.

Now the America area of the World Showcase will offer more than just the stage show, you can now get special food and beverage options too!

At Liberty Inn guests can try some new items including:

The Space Sandwich-$10.99 featuring barbecue pulled pork topped with crispy onions and served on a Kaiser bun with french fries.

Awesome Mix Plate-$11.99 has french fries topped with barbecue pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, bacon, and lettuce.

Cosmic Cake-$4.99 is a chocolate cake that’s filled with vanilla buttercream and SPACE SPRINKLES!

Rocket Fuel-$5.49 is a beverage made from frozen Coca-Cola slush with grenadine.

The Fife & Drum offers the following options:

Mix Tart strawberry-filled shortbread cookie -$5.00

The Awesome Mix Slushy- $8.25 is a frozen blue raspberry, strawberry, and lemonade slushy and it’s served with a fun glow cube.

I Am Root Float- $5.75 made with Barq’s Root Beer with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and mint leaves.

Destroyer Punch-$5.00 with orange, pineapple, and lime juices and grenadine. If you are an adult that want’s something a bit stronger you can try the alcoholic version called Galaxy Juice ($11.00), which includes cherry bourbon.

Some of these sound so cool. I especially love the Mix Tart and the Cosmic Cake, but I lean towards desserts. They just look really cool.

What do you think? Which one(s) would you like to try? Comment and let us know!
