Shop Disney’s ‘Up’ Inspired Ellie and Carl’s Money Jar Is Simply Adorable!

Glass jug with a cork and a label that reads

I’m not sure how I missed seeing this earlier, but Shop Disney has a super cute money saving jar inspired by the Disney / Pixar film “Up.” Specifically Carl and Ellie Fredricksen’s savings jar for “Paradise Falls.”

The jar costs $24.99 and can be used to save money for whatever you would like, be it a vacation, new appliance, car, etc.

Here’s the write-up:

Start saving for your future trip of a lifetime, just like Ellie and Carl in Disney and Pixar’s Up. Our glass jar with Paradise Falls decals is the perfect place to keep your coins as you plan your adventure.

  • Glass jar with loop handle
  • Faux cork stopper
  • ”Paradise Falls” decal on front
  • Decals on back include photo of Ellie and Carl, a map of South America, and torn picture of Paradise Falls
  • Raised ”One Gallon” text
  • Inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Up
  • Glass / faux cork
  • 12” H x 6 1/2” Diameter

Of course $25 plus shipping could be money you put into a free jar and save, but this one adds a bit of inspiration, especially if your goal is a vacation trip (there are many other places besides Disney too.)

I just really think it’s cute!

You can also just make your own!

They DIY Dame has posted a tutorial with pintables to construct one of your own if you would rather do that. It’s fairly simple and you can choose the size of your jar.

Either way it might be a fun way to save funds for whatever you want to save for.
