Here’s a story that will make you smile and cheer for the little guy, literally, he’s seven.
Seven year old Alex Manna has a dream to visit Walt Disney World for his eighth birthday and he’s proactively taking that dream into his own hands and working to make it a reality.
Alex has set up his own lemonade stand, with the goal to raise $2,400 so he can take him and his mom to Walt Disney World for his birthday in December.
According to WTVQ’s interview, Alex told his mother, Erin Mana, that he wanted to go and he was going to pay for the trip himself.
“When Alex told his mom of his birthday wish, he made one important clarification. He wanted to raise the money to pay for the trip himself.
Alex’s mom, Erin Manna, says he told her he didn’t want her to get “bank robbed” so he suggested doing a lemonade stand to help pay for the trip.”
His answer was to set up a lemonade stand and sell water, lemonade, and sports drinks. It’s only been a couple of weeks and he’s already earned 1/4 of the money.
When asked “Why Disney?” he said “I think Disney is a really cool place and I just love going.” Well, a lot of us like to go too and yeah, the costs are steep and keep getting steeper.
But I guess that isn’t going to stop a boy from getting some magic for his Birthday!

This kid is a problem solver and he’s going places! I think he’ll reach his goal!
