SDCC 2021 Exclusive: Nightmare Before Christmas Deluxe Box Set

San Diego Comic-Con exclusives are popping up everywhere. I’ve been keeping an eye on Entertainment Earth in order to report on them. It may be the pandemic’s aftershock because either these exclusives are getting smaller in number, or people are getting antsier to snatch them up. We already saw the TRON toys sold out super quick.

So, for today’s rarity, I give you the ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ deluxe action figure box set. Yes, this is another in the Diamond Select line, so everything will be to scale with your other figures in this line.

The Previews Exclusive Nightmare Before Christmas box set comes with:

  • Jack Skellington
  • The Hanging Tree
  • Two Workbenches
  • Three Toys Made Lovingly By The Citizens of Halloween Town
  • A Festive Rat
  • One Trophy For The Most Blood Drained In A Single Evening

What is this? It’s an exclusive box set celebrating Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas! This massive set features Jack Skellington and everything he needs to make Christmas happen: the Hanging Tree, his toy-building table, and various toys! Jack is fully articulated, and the set comes displayed in a full-color window box. Limited to 3,000 Pieces.

Something to keep in mind with this version of Jack, he’s mighty fragile. There have been many versions of Jack produced over the decades, and each one I’ve owned has ended up with a broken leg or hand.

Invest in a display box, or don’t take him out of the packaging. The detail is superb, but his slender appendages can’t take a few falls from the bookshelf.

To make sure you get yours, head on over to Entertainment Earth now and pre-order. This box set is due to start shipping in August 2021.

If you’ve been collecting figures in this line, will you be pre-ordering this set? Let us know in the comments.
