This holiday season get ready for Santa Claus, holiday trees, and special holiday events coming to all four Walt Disney World parks!

Santa’s coming! Santa’s coming!

You can catch Santa Claus at all four parks!

  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios will offer Santa cruising around Hollywood Blvd. in his candy-red convertible during the Santa Claus Merry Motorcade.
  • Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Santa will board a flotilla and will float out onto Discovery River.
  • EPCOT, Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs will also receive visits from the man in red.

Experience festive offerings at Walt Disney World parks.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom will host the Merry Menagerie

Discovery Island will host the Merry Menagerie offering with winter animals in the form of life-sized puppets will interact with guests which musicians set the atmosphere with music and singing.

Expect to see animal puppets of polar bears, foxes, reindeer, penguins and more!

Goofy, Chip ‘n’ Dale and other Disney character friends will also be coming to the Discovery River.

When the park is open after dark, the Tree of Life will have special holiday inspired scenes in between the times it joins the ‘Beacons of Magic’ 50th celebration.

And on nights when the park is open after dark, the Tree of Life awakens as a series of wintry tales emerge from within, complemented by a familiar and heartwarming holiday-inspired musical score. Between awakening moments, the Tree of Life joins the Beacons of Magic in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort, as magical fireflies gather to produce a warm and glorious light, calling forth the EARidescent magic of nature.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Sunset Seasons Greetings is returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Honestly, Hollywood Studios is my favorite for Christmas! Between the amazing retro décor and the Sunset Seasons Greetings event.

For those unfamiliar with it the Hollywood Tower Hotel gets a projection show featuring different season offerings from different characters like the Muppets, Toy Story, Mickey and friends and more.

For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” will add a “festive finale” with seasonal songs.

EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays Returns

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays returns, presented by AdventHealth. I mean they must be giving EPCOT one heck of a sponsorship for the Akershus restaurant to close down and become a lounge for them.

Once again guests can enjoy the countries of the World Showcase, with traditional holiday offerings, seasonal entertainment and more. It will run from November 26- December 30th.

The Candlelight Processional will also be returning this year.

Disney Springs Tree Stroll

Disney Springs is also getting in on the festivities with the return of the Christmas Tree Stroll, also presented by AdventHealth. I guess they have a lot of sponsorship money set aside.

The Christmas Tree Stroll is a fun way to check out amazing holiday trees themed to areas in Disney Springs for characters and stories.

There will also be some holiday performances and in the evenings the Town Center will have a “snowfall.”

To visit Disney Springs you don’t have to pay so that is definitely something to check out!
