Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is opening in Epcot on October 1, 2021 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World. The attraction, which is a clone of a similar ride in Disneyland Paris, is a trackless dark ride that takes guests through the world of Disney-Pixar’s film Ratatouille. It’ll debut as part of an expansion of the France pavilion in Epcot.
Disney made the announcement during its 2021 Shareholder Meeting, and simultaneously posted it on social media not long after.

From the Disney Parks Blog…
In this delicious new attraction, you’ll feel like you’ve shrunk to the size of Chef Remy as you scurry through Gusteau’s famous restaurant on a wild adventure for the whole family (no height requirement!). Based on Disney and Pixar’s Academy Award-winning “Ratatouille,” the experience will be part of a newly expanded France pavilion inside EPCOT that will also open Oct. 1.
The Parks Blog has also posted some exclusive new photos of the attraction and the revamped France pavilion…
Also opening on October 1 is a new dining option: La Crêperie de Paris. According to Disney, this new restaurant will offer both table service and quick service dining. They state that “The menu will feature sweet crepes, savory buckwheat galettes (naturally gluten friendly) and authentic French hard cider.”
What, no Chef Gusteau’s? I’m a little disappointed.
Anyway, if you want to see approximately what Epcot guests are in for on October 1, check out the video video of the Disneyland Paris version of Ratatouille below!
