The Regal Eagle is officially opening tomorrow on 2/19/2020 at Epcot’s American Adventure pavilion!
The Pit Master, Anthony, is a retired State Trooper that cooked for 30-35 years in competition BBQ.
Good news! He knows his barbecue!
We also have Harry on board, who’s been with Disney for 14 years and this is his second restaurant opening.
I think the guests are in good hands and I can’t wait to hear the reviews!
Josh D’Amaro is also in the video. It’s so refreshing to see someone in charge that is so proud and invested in his people.
