One of the most magical (albeit crowded) times of year to visit Disneyland is undoubtedly the holidays. Holiday decorations truly provide a renewed appreciation for Disneyland. This makes Disneyland’s newest Main Street store that much more exciting. The Southern California theme park is opening a new holiday store called Plaza Point.
The entire space will be adorned with garlands and festive decor. The new shop will let you experience Christmas at Disneyland all year-round!
You’ll be able to pick up a wide range of holiday-themed goods including housewares, linens, and ornaments.
Throughout the year the new holiday store will feature other holidays including Hanukkah, Halloween and Fall, Easter and Spring, and Lunar New Year. There will never be a shortage of Disney-themed holiday goods and Christmas Spirit with this new store!
Floridians and travelers visiting the Magic Kingdom have had the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe for decades! Southern California park-goers have had the Castle Holiday Shoppe in Fantasyland for a few years. Plaza Point sounds and looks like it’s going to take the Disney holiday hype to the next level. It’s unclear if the Castle Holiday Shoppe will remain open after Plaza Point debuts.
The new store will be replacing the Main Street Photo Supply Co.
The Disney Parks Blog offers a first look at some of the inspirational pieces and décor we can see in Plaza Point throughout the year.
