The new Tomorrowland sign has finally been installed at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.
Signage in Tomorrowland went down a couple of months ago. The old one was put in during a 1994 refurbishment of the area. Now the new one has gone up.
Personally, I liked the old one better. Sure it was busy, but it was impressive and fun.
I can see where the new one could be seen as more “modern” with it’s simple lines and fits the changes that have been coming better. Feels more Tron-like I guess. (Oh they should have put a light on it like a Codex.)Â This isn’t something I’m going to be like “How dare they!” over, I don’t hate it, I just like the other one better.
Instagram has images of the new sign because I haven’t been able to get out there yet 😉
