Gentle Giant will be releasing two new 1/6th scale Star Wars statues during the Spring of next year. One features Rosario Dawson’s version of Ahsoka Tano in The Mandalorian. The other is the classy Lando Calrissian as portrayed by Billy Dee Williams.
The Ahsoka statue stands at 10″ tall and is limited to 3k pieces. Lando, on the other hand, is 13″ tall, and only 1,500 of him will be produced. The statues are priced at $175 and $250, respectively. Both statues are slated for arrival in April 2022. Click here to pre-order Ahsoka, or take a gamble with Lando.
Watch out, Thrawn! Ahsoka Tano is here, and she’s the next 1/7 scale statue in the Star Wars Premier Collection! Based on her appearance in The Mandalorian Season 2, Ahsoka stands with her dual lightsabers at the ready in this approximately 10-inch sculpture. Limited to only 3,000 pieces, this edition comes packaged with a numbered certificate of authenticity in a full-color box. Designed by Brian Rood and sculpted by the talented team of artisans at Gentle Giant Ltd.!
This deal keeps getting better all the time! The smoothest of space station supervisors is now one very cool 1/6 scale statue! Part of the Star Wars Milestones line, Lando strikes a pose with cape flaring and blaster in hand in this approximately 13-inch sculpture. With interchangeable hands for one of two different blaster options, this edition is limited to only 1500 pieces, and comes packaged with a numbered certificate of authenticity in a full-color box. Sculpted by Paul Harding!
I love that late ’70s style that Lando sported in The Empire Strikes Back. You instantly knew he had something up his sleeve, but Lando was just so dang charismatic. Ahsoka, though, isn’t all that impressive in live-action. I was so used to the character from Clone Wars and Rebels, especially with those large expressive eyes, that it’s a bit jarring to see Dawson in the role. However, she performs well as the Jedi, no doubt.
