Disney Springs is adding a new restaurant to its lineup in 2023, Summer House on the Lake. An official date has not been released yet, but they have an newsletter email sign up for information on their opening at Disney Springs.
Currently, Summer House on the Lake has two locations in Chicago, Illinois and North Bethesda, Maryland. I scoped out the website and menu for the North Bethesda location and perhaps it gives a clue into what to expect for this new dining experience at Disney Springs.
Summer House on the Lake offers a Dining Menu, Happy Hour Menu, Weekend Brunch Menu, and a separate Kids Menu. Their menu seems very eclectic and has something for everyone including Vegan dishes.
Summer House on the Lake seems to be known for their pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and more.
In their Instagram post, they posted a mock-up of their Disney Springs location which seems very open and airy. It is also delicately and beautifully decorated with natural elements and greenery.
Summer House on the Lake joins fantastic dining locations in Disney Springs. The restaurant offerings at Disney Springs truly offer something for everyone and for all taste palettes.
Dining at Walt Disney World is an experience that must be planned as much as your Genie+ selections. There are so many delicious meals to be had around Walt Disney World. I could be hard to choose.
Be on the lookout for more information forthcoming about Summer House on the Lake via their Instagram and website. We will certainly report beck on any information or menu details that we glean about Summer House on the Lake. From what I see from their two existing locations, it looks like this will be an amazing addition to Disney Springs.
