On October Rick Moranis was attacked near his Upper West Side building. After being punched from behind he got himself to the hospital. Now it appears that a suspect has been arrested.
35 year-old Marquis Ventura has been arrested after being spotted by a Transit Bureau sergeant at 96th Street and Broadway.

According to the New York Post Ventura “has a history of more than a dozen arrests, including five for felonies, the sources said.”
He was arrested for an alleged attack on a a 61-year-old man in the West 4th Street Subway station two weeks after the attack on Rick Moranis.
Ventura has a charge of misdemeanor assault for allegedly attacking a 23-year-old woman by punching her in the face after he asked her for money on April 13th.
Rick Moranis is beloved by many and his return in the upcoming Disney+ “Honey I Shrunk the Kids” sequel “Shrunk” has been exciting news for many!
