May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, and Amorette’s Patisserie, in Disney Springs, is celebrating with special treats made by Chef Jessi.
For the month of May she has created two new treats. One is a a Jasmine Tea Cream Tart and one is the Mulan Petit cake.
Mulan Petit Cake is $22
This cake is made from matcha and lemon chiffon cakes with green tea simple syrup, ginger honey mouse, lemon curd, and candied ginger crumb.
The design seems to be inspired by the live-action version of ‘Mulan’ in both color palette and armor-like decor.
Jasmine Tea Cream Tart – $9
This dessert has a raspberry and passion fruit gelée with Jasmine tea cream and lychee on top of a butter nut cookie crust.
