Limited Time Mulan Petit Cake and Jasmine Tea Cream Tart Now Available at Amorette’s Patisserie

May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, and Amorette’s Patisserie, in Disney Springs, is celebrating with special treats made by Chef Jessi.

For the month of May she has created two new treats. One is a a Jasmine Tea Cream Tart and one is the Mulan Petit cake.

Mulan Petit Cake is $22

This cake is made from matcha and lemon chiffon cakes with green tea simple syrup, ginger honey mouse, lemon curd, and candied ginger crumb.

The design seems to be inspired by the live-action version of ‘Mulan’ in both color palette and armor-like decor.

Jasmine Tea Cream Tart – $9

This dessert has a raspberry and passion fruit gelée with Jasmine tea cream and lychee on top of a butter nut cookie crust.

On Twitter, the Disney Springs account has posted a look at the desserts and Chef Jessi:

Both desserts are very pretty and they are available now.

The Disney Parks Blog will post more information about them on 5/3.

Disney has been a big part of my life for years--from family trips to WDW to growing up on Disney classics, TV, and movies. Prior to Pirates and Princesses I successfully ran social media and websites since 2010. I've also been a public speaker and presenter since 2007. I'm the co-host for the YouTube channel Clownfish TV as well as the podcast/ Youtube Pirates and Princesses (PNP) channel. Former contributor, online personality and acting social media manager at The Kingdom Insider (which we built from the ground up and ran from 2017-2019 --Thom didn't quit FYI) Pirates and Princesses was started by my husband and I several years ago. We loved Disney and wanted to honestly cover all aspects from pop-culture to the parks from a consumer focused stance. Living OUR happily ever after getting to do what we love with our two kids! Creating fun content and building new things. Certified art teacher, and mom. Opinions are all mine.
