Josh D’Amaro, President of Walt Disney World, often posts fun, behind the scenes, moments on his Instagram page.
Yesterday he posted a couple images of him visiting remaining Cast Member at the Magic Kingdom, and they have changed their badges to reflect new messages of hope.
His post says:
“I made a quick visit to #MagicKingdom to thank a small group of Cast Members who are still taking care of the magic. I love seeing so many of our team wearing messages of courage and optimism on their nametags…until the day we welcome all of our Cast and Guests back to this special place.“
In the first image he shares Cast Members standing in front of Cinderella Castle.
The second image is a peek at what the Cast Members did to their badges to reflect “courage and optimism.”
The name tags read “tomorrow,” “Be Alright,” and “Ready.”
We here at PNP can’t thank Cast Members enough for all they do and sadly all but a couple of hundred have been laid off. I just want to know that we are thinking of you and we appreciate all you do. Stay safe.
