Indiana Jones 5 has apparently wrapped up filming. They started filming this in June of 2021, but illness and the pandemic gave it some delays. Personally, I honestly thought it was wrapped up by now. But it’s just been pushed back so many times that it feels that way.
The news comes from the Producer, Frank Marshall. He posted a simple tweet to let everyone know that the principle shooting was finished.
That’s a wrap!!! #indianajones pic.twitter.com/pQRTw0oOXx

The currently untitled fifth film is being executive produced by Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and Harrison Ford. It’s being directed by James Mangold. The film also stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Antonio Banderas and Thomas Kretschmann.
Even though filming has wrapped, we are still a long ways off from it’s theatrical release on June 30, 2023, which is back almost a year from it’s initial July, 2022 release date.
