On select dates from September 9th – October 31, SeaWorld Orlando’s second annual Howl-O-Scream will return. The event will take place on Friday and Saturday from 7pm- 1am and on Thursdays and Sundays from 7am – 12am. This event is not recommended for children as violence, gore, and blood will be present. This is a separately ticketed event.
SeaWorld Orlando has not released much of the haunted house information yet except with riddles on their website seemingly hinting at the themes of the house. There are currently 26 riddles on the site for guests to “scratch the surface” of the event information. They promise that there will be more haunted houses this year as compared to last year. They will also be adding more terrifying shows for guests’ enjoyment.
DJs will be sprinkled throughout the part for a dance break in between scare zones and haunted house. However, SeaWorld says there’s no place to hide as there will be roaming haunts. Be prepared for anything to happen!
Riding some of SeaWorld’s attractions especially their roller coasters at night add a different level of fear for guests to enjoy. SeaWorld states that more of their rides and attractions will be open during the event.
As far as food and beverage, SeaWorld is holding that tight to the vest at this time. But they did promise “sinister interactive surprises await at your favorite bar haunts.” This certainly sounds intriguing.
SeaWorld pass members can log into their accounts and purchase single night tickets starting at $29.99. Guests without SeaWorld passes, can now buy tickets on SeaWorld’s website starting at $34.99. When you buy early, you are saving money. You can also opt to have an Unlimited Visit Ticket to Howl-O-Scream Orlando for $99.99. Guests can also choose an Unlimited Visit ticket that includes blackout dates on all Saturdays that is priced at $89.99. If you’re feeling quite adventurous you can opt for a ticket to both Howl-O-Scream Orlando and Howl-O-Scream Tampa at Busch Gardens starting at $84.99. Unlimited visits to both events starts at $149.99. Remember, these are prices to purchase the tickets in advance.
