It seems that Harrison Ford is back and filming for the fifth Indiana Jones film after an incident filming on a train at Pinewood Studios caused the need for the 79 year old actor to have surgery.
Now the U.S. Sun is reporting that he is back and after 10 weeks of waiting, they are moving forward with shooting.
According to “a source:”
“Everyone’s relieved to see him back and fighting fit.
It’s been a long ten-week wait for him and the crew.Filming has been held up but hopefully now it can get back on track.”
As of Monday he was back at the Buckinghamshire location to return to work
While he was out filming seemed to continue using a body double, but they could only do so much with this method.
As of now the movie is still supposed to release next July. Hopefully it will be better than the last movie Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. That’s a low bar though.
It’s been said that Kathleen Kennedy has been heavily involved in this production as ‘Star Wars’ oversight has seemingly shifted to Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni. Hopefully it all comes together.
