Freeform to Expand ’31 Nights of Halloween’ This Year

I’m sure many of you have been fans of Freeform’s (was ABC Family) 13 Night of Halloween. This year they are going bigger and expanding it’s now 31 Nights of Halloween programming.

Last year they changed from 13 Nights to 31 and it was very popular. They also added extras like the Hocus Pocus 25th Anniversary Halloween Bash.

One of the highlights was bringing back the three kids as adults. Thora Birch (Dani Dennison), Omri Katz (Max Dennison), and Vinessa Shaw (Allison.)

This  year they are going to have a new original special, Halloween Extravaganza Bash (working title) to celebrate Halloween’s biggest pop culture moments in movies, television shows and music that have become Halloween musts and icons.

2019 marks the 25th anniversary of Ghostbusters. Freeform is adding Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters 2 and other favorites like the Scream movies, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas and The Addams Family to their popular favorite Hocus Pocus.

If you love Hocus Pocus get ready because they will air the fan favorite 27 times this season!

After Halloween is over Freeform will start their Kickoff to Christmas and 25 Days of Christmas events. For the first time they will air Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer on the network!

I can’t believe we’re already talking about Halloween and Christmas, but since it’s only May we still have a few months to go. But get ready because it’s going to be extra special this year!

What do you think? Do you watch the 31 Nights of Halloween every year? What do you look forward to the most? Comment and let us know!
