Coming to Epcot in 2020 is the new ‘HarmonioUS’ “Night-time Spectacular”
This show will replace the limited run “Epcot Forever” show that is currently running in the World Showcase Lagoon.
This was a show meant to celebrate the Epcot of the past because it’s being completely redone into something “new.” Personally, I’m still not sold on this “re-imagining” yet, but maybe as time goes on it will take shape and be amazing.
We first heard about the new HarmonioUS show during the D23 Expo, 2019.
HarmonioUS will be the largest night-time spectacular ever created for a Disney park, celebrating “how the music of Disney inspires people the world over.”
Here’s the write up from the Walt Disney World Site:
“Celebrating how the music of Disney inspires people the world over, this all-new nighttime spectacular features massive floating set pieces, choreographed moving fountains, lasers, pyrotechnics and more—debuting in 2020.”
It sounds like it is going to be epic. I know they have created new music for the show and they debuted some of it at D23 in summer 2019.
