Disney’s 50 Teachers Celebration is Sending Educators to Disney World!

The Disney Imagination Campus is an organization that aims to help educators enrich student learning experiences. The campuses will open in January 2022, and to kick off the fun, Disney is inviting 50 educators to a special teacher event at the east coast campus in Florida. The 50 Teachers Celebration Contest is open to teachers, music directors, and administrators. 

The celebration will take place at Disney World. Per the official rules, the 50 lucky educators will receive:

Round-trip coach class airfare
Standard hotel accommodations for three nights at Walt Disney World® Resort
One 3-day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option
$200 Disney Gift Card
One ticket to the Inspiration Conference (for winner only) on May 27, 2022.

*Winner must travel on May 26, 2022 and return on May 29, 2022

How to Enter the 50 Teachers Celebration Contest:

  1. Go to https://disney50teacherscontest.com/
  2. Submit your contact info
  3. Submit an essay for the prompt: Describe an example of a time when you encouraged your students to use their imaginations to creatively solve problems, including your own creativity in presenting curriculum in a new and inspiring way.

Submissions close October 31, 2021.

There is also the option to enter a secondary sweepstake in which you can win $100 for your classroom.

The Imagination Campus provides workshops in science and technology, arts and humanities, performing arts, and leadership and innovation. They aim to teach students creative problem solving for any challenges they may face in their lifetime.
