We saw Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World so something similar a couple of weeks ago, and now the Disneyland Hotel has also sent the world a message with a heart in their window.
Disneyland News Today shared a post from Reddit user NokemG showing the hotel lit up with a heart and Mickey Mouse Silhouette.
It’s nice to see them do this for a couple of reasons. 1. Locations like California and Florida have been hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic and it’s a nice gesture for those who live near by. Disney is showing that they are thinking of them and are in this with them. 2. For those of us that love Disney it’s a way to brighten our days even if it’s just a little. 3. Any of these locations doing this are sending out hope for many around the world. At the end of the day we are more alike than different and a lot of us are all sharing this experience.
As a side note the Disneyland Hotel is actually our favorite Disneyland hotel. I do love the Grand Californian and the access to Disney’s California Adventure, but we just preferred the Disneyland Hotel overall. It feels very Walt Disney to us.
