Disney Vacation Club Tower Plans Revealed for Disneyland

We finally have some movement on the Disney Vacation Club Tower that is to be added to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. According to Twitter user @MagicandWalnut, there was a “town hall webinar” where they showed off the designs to the neighborhood.

The tower will be a 12 story, “L-shaped” tower that will be done in a stepped style to taper down towards the neighborhood so it will fit in more with the area and not be so imposing.

The complex will have one main 12-story tower, a separate, ground-level pool area that would be behind it. It will be adjacent to the Frontierland Disneyland Hotel tower.

Here are the tweets they posted last night:

It’s important to note that the poster mentioned Disney doesn’t have a timeline yet for when the project will be completed or even when construction will begin and the plans are still under review by the city. So nothing has been even approved yet.

But it hasn’t gone away completely so that’s good news.
