Today is the day that Disney Springs begins reopening. To start 3rd party restaurants and vendors can reopen today and Disney owned shops and restaurants are said to open on May 27th.
Guest who would like to visit the area can do so, but you can only gain entry via the Orange or Lime parking garages. As of this morning only Orange was open.
Then you must go through the temperature screening and be wearing a mask to access the shopping area.

Here’s a video clip from the Theme Park Podcast demonstrating how the temperature check is done.
We can see the ground markings to maintain social distancing.
Now Blog Mickey points out that not all the areas have markers but it seems that certain areas that are narrow or have higher traffic tend to be marked better.
Not sure what Disney’s exact criteria is, but it seems like narrow or high traffic areas get social distancing directional signage as seen in this construction wall choke point #DisneySprings pic.twitter.com/4PiuC77kVO

I don’t expect it to be crowded as only part of the area is open and only those who can park in the two garages can enter.

One interesting catch that WDWNT made was that the garbage cans were propped open. I wouldn’t have noticed that. Good catch!
