There is a new Disney dress now available on ShopDisney.com. It’s called “The Mickey Mouse Parts Dress.” Which is a bit creepy to be honest.
The dress is a flattering Fit and Flare cut. So it usually looks good on most body types. And I appreciate the “Pop Art,” comic book feel, with the dot pattern print. They called that Halftone.
Here’s the write up:
“Let Mickey be an essential element of your style with this fit and flare dress that features his classic comic style. Comfortable and cute, it features short sleeves and a rounded neckline.”
The sizes run from XS-XXL and costs $34.99.
It’s 95% cotton / 5% spandex.
These A-line type dresses really do flatter most body types, but I find Mickey being chopped up kind of off putting. Plus, I do worry that depending on the placement of the print, and chest size of the wearer, that Mickey’s hand might end up in an unfortunate place.
In the words of my son “M-I-C-K-E-Y G-R-O-P-E.”
I must admit. I kind of want to buy it now to see it fits and where Mickey’s parts end up. His hands on the back could end up on one’s butt too. I doubt that was the marketing plan here, but it’s still working on me.
You can buy it on ShopDisney.com HERE.
