Each year Travel + Leisure let’s readers vote for the World’s Best Awards where they vote on things from destinations, hotels, resort, airlines, tours, and more.  For this particular category readers are asked to rate cruise lines by their service, staterooms, destinations, food, excursions and value.

This year they have voted Disney Cruise Line as the “No. 1 Ocean Cruise Line among those carrying 2,200 passengers or more.”

Jeff Vahle President of Disney Cruise Line had this to say:

It certainly is a testament to the one-of-a-kind entertainment and experiences available on our ships, but it also speaks to the attentive service and unforgettable moments delivered by our cast and crew members. I only ever hear glowing things about the Disney Cruises. It’s a totally Disney experience, yet not nearly as busy as the parks.

Pro-Tip: If you are thinking about a Disney Cruise I will recommend is that you check with your cell phone carrier. Calls made “at sea” or outside the United States may have a lot of extra charges. Also, there is wi-fi available for purchase on the ship, but you can burn through it quickly if you have updates on. Keep that in mind!

Going forward Disney is expanding it’s fleet in the coming years with new ships coming in 2021, 2022 and 2023. 

We highly recommend this experience. During Fall and the holidays they offer cruises with themeing to those events! Also, there are several destinations to choose from!
