Disney Cruise Line Cancels The Remaining Sailings Through 2020

Disney Cruise Line has cancelled it’s remaining sailings through December 2020. It looks like my husband Thom aka Kneon was right and Disney Cruise Line was going to be down all of 2020.

Here’s part of the letter that was sent out to guests:

All of us at Disney Cruise Line hope you and your family are staying well.

Our team at Disney Cruise Line remains focused on the health and well-being of our guests and team members. We are carefully reviewing the guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and working together with industry partners on a path to resuming operations. As we continue to refine our protocols for our eventual return to service, Disney decided to cancel all sailings through December 2020….”

Again, those impacted, and who paid in full will be given the choice of a refund or the 125% cruise credit to be used before May 31, 2020. If you had not paid if full you will automatically be refunded.

If you had used your Future Cruise Credit (FCC) you will not get another one, but you can likely reapply your FCC to a future cruise within the booking window.

Guests that booked with a travel agency will need to contact that agency with questions. Those that booked with Disney Cruise Line can call (866) 325-6685 or (407) 566-7797.
