Disney Cruise Line has just cancelled more sailings. This time it’s the 7-Night Mediterranean Cruises aboard the Disney Magic through June 7th.

According to the Disney Cruise Line Blog here’s the list of cancelled cruises:

Disney Magic

  • Saturday May 23, 2020 7-Night Mediterranean Cruise from Barcelona
  • Saturday May 30, 2020 7-Night Mediterranean Cruise from Barcelona
  • Saturday June 6, 2020 7-Night Mediterranean Cruise from Barcelona to Civitavecchia

Here’s the statement from DCL:

With the wellbeing of its guests and team members as its top priority and in line with direction from health experts and government officials, Disney Cruise Line has decided to extend the suspension of Disney Magic departures through Sunday, June 7, 2020.

In light of this cancellation, Disney Cruise Line is offering the choice of a 125% future cruise credit to be used for a future sailing within 15 months of their original sail date, or a full refund. The credit has been automatically added to guest’s account.

Like the other cruise cancellations, it seems Disney is doing the 125% towards a future sailing or a full refund.

I expect more cruises to be cancelled soon.

Disney has been a big part of my life for years--from family trips to WDW to growing up on Disney classics, TV, and movies. Prior to Pirates and Princesses I successfully ran social media and websites since 2010. I've also been a public speaker and presenter since 2007. I'm the co-host for the YouTube channel Clownfish TV as well as the podcast/ Youtube Pirates and Princesses (PNP) channel. Former contributor, online personality and acting social media manager at The Kingdom Insider (which we built from the ground up and ran from 2017-2019 --Thom didn't quit FYI) Pirates and Princesses was started by my husband and I several years ago. We loved Disney and wanted to honestly cover all aspects from pop-culture to the parks from a consumer focused stance. Living OUR happily ever after getting to do what we love with our two kids!
