Disney and Sony Reportedly Limited Media Screenings of ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ To Avoid Spoilers

Apparently the newest twist to the ‘Spider-Man’ saga is that Disney and Sony have apparently decided to take a bold step to try and stop critics and early screeners from leaking spoilers for the incredibly anticipated ‘Spider-man: No Way Home’ film.

How are they doing this? Well according to reports, they only got to see 40 minutes of the film. Probably the time before the likely already spoiled “surprises” show up.  (If you follow the rumors you know what I’m talking about, if not I’m not going to ruin it for you.)

We Got This Covered has a Tweet by Grace Randolph that says it is true that the press isn’t being given the entire film.

Her comment led to people discussing what she said.

From what I can gather around, if this was true, the press/critics will get to see more at another time, but Sony and Disney don’t want it entirely screened until it premiers. From the sounds of it the embargo will lift on December 13 at 10:30 PM because that’s when the world premier was going to be.

Many were upset when the credit scenes were leaked and ruined, mostly the one with Harry Styles coming in as Eros. The leakers were people who had early access. So they are getting very creative to try and avoid a repeat of that.

What do you think? Comment and let us know!
