As previously reported, Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members are on the lookout for emails for previews of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT. No emails have been sent as of the writing of this article. The attraction officially opens to the public on May 27, and Annual Passholders have taken all the reservations for that day.

It was announced today that D23 members are getting a special preview themselves. D23 Gold Members will get a preview on May 15th for the price of $35 and a $5 processing fee.

This preview includes much more than just the chance to experience Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. D23 Gold Members will also get the following:

  • Parking and after 4pm EPCOT admission on Sunday, May 15
  • $20 Dining Card for the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival (or any EPCOT dining location)
  • Reserved viewing for EPCOT Harmonious in World Showcase
  • Exclusive  advanced preview of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
  • D23 exclusive commemorative gift

Again, the price is $35 with a $5 processing fee. The tickets go on sale on April 12 at 10PST. The D23 member may buy up to 4 tickets and need to present their membership number at checkout. When coming to the event, guests need to bring their membership card along with the tickets. There was a similar event for D23 members for the opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure when that attraction opened in the France Pavilion.

This sounds like a stellar deal for D23 Gold members to experience Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. The height restriction for the ride was just announced as well. Guests will need to be at least 42 inches tall to experience the attraction.

Make sure to check the benefits for your D23 membership to see if you qualify for this out of this world opportunity.

EPCOT certainly is gearing up to be extra busy with opening of this new attraction and all its previews. Are you excited to experience Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind?
