The way the food guide had read seemed to indicate there was only one treat specifically for the Boo Bash, but that later seemed to be changed and after last night there are indeed several items. Thanks to our friend @lareinacreole/ (youtube: lareinacreole) we have a look at most of the treats!
She actually posted a live stream of the event that starts out with the Happily Ever After Fireworks and then leads into Boo Bash (after the mass exodus of regular guests) if you would like to check that out. Crowds do seem low for the event.
She said that the treats were generally good but the were “sparse” given what Disney usually offers and the price for the event. She was able to try several but the Mocha Chocolate Chip drink was out and she said that the Maleficent Churro wasn’t something she got to either.
As an aside, I do think it’s interesting to see the Disney Snack Credit symbol on these signs.
Let’s take a look!
Prince John Sucker – $5.99
This drink was found over at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies and it is a “Tart green apple lemonade slush topped with whipped cream and a ring pop.”
I do think the ring pop is a nice touch.
Chip and Dale
Over at the Golden Oak Outpost you could try two different drinks with one based on Chip and one based on Dale. The Mocha Chocolate Chip sold out quickly but she was able to grab an Apple Ginger Dale.
Apple Ginger Dale – $5.99
“Frozen apple cider mixed with ginger ale topped with whipped cream and chopped TWIX cookies bars”
Mocha Chocolate Chip – $5.99
“Frozen mocha topped with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and a sugar acorn ”
Five Dozen Egg Slush – $5.99
Located at Storybook Treats is the Five Dozen Egg Slush that is “Frozen custard with brown sugar topped with whipped cream garnished with a cinnamon stick.”
Foolish Mortal Funnel Cake – $7.99
There seem to only be two treats that aren’t beverages and this is one of them. Located at Sleepy Hollow this is a “Funnel cake topped with chocolate cookie crumbles, purple vanilla ice cream, caramel drizzle, and M&M’s milk chocolate Ghoul’s Mix.”
The final treat, that she didn’t get to, was the churro.
Maleficent Churro – $7.00
Located at the Main Street Outdoor Vending cart this is a “Churro covered in chocolate cookie crumble drizzled with purple icing topped with green and purple sugar.”
They’re pretty basic.
Here’s an image from Disney Food Blog.
There you have a look at the treats that are available for the event. Not nearly as many as they usually offer for Halloween events which, for the much higher price, is disappointing.
Special thanks to La Reina Creole for grabbing these for me as we had to cancel due to flight changes.
Just like leaving the event last night here’s your parting clip from La Reina Creole:
