Update: It is now open!
The BoardWalk lost the Ample Hills ice cream parlor to bankruptcy awhile back. The Boardwalk Ice Cream replacement has been under construction and the Disney Food Blog is reporting that it could even open today, if the hours posted on the Walt Disney World site are correct!
When it does open the hours will be Weekdays 3PM-10PM and 12PM-10PM on weekends. However DFB does mention that Tuesdays and Wednesdays have no hours listed, so it could be closed on those days.

Ice Cream options will include:
The Classic Wave of Double Scoop Ice Cream Cup – $7
Ride the Wave Sundae- Two Scoops – $8
Choice of toppings on your ice cream including: Marshmallow, Strawberry, Pineapple, Peanut Butter, Hot Fudge, Caramel or Chocolate Syrup toped with Whipped Cream, Toasted Almonds and a cherry. Additional toppings are $1 each.
Surf’s Up Sundae 3 Scoops – $10
Choice of toppings on your ice cream including: Marshmallow, Strawberry, Pineapple, Peanut Butter, Hot Fudge, Caramel or Chocolate Syrup toped with Whipped Cream, Toasted Almonds and a cherry. Additional toppings are $1 each.
Shoreside Sundae – $11
Three scoops of vanilla ice cream smothered in Hot Fudge and Marshmallow topping and Snickers bar pieces topped with whipped cream, chopped peanuts and a cherry.
Bayside Brownie A la Mode – $9
A brownie with Hot Fudge and vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry.

- Rainbow Sherbet
