Previously we reported that Disney and the producers that make the ‘Behind the Attraction’ show on Disney+ came under fire when it was revealed that they likely traced an image from YouTuber James St. Onge who has the Art of Engineering channel.
Now The Nacelle Company producer and director of the ‘Behind the Attraction’ show, Brian Volk-Weiss (also known for the Netflix series The Toys That Made Us) has apparently contacted St. Onge and offered an apology on behalf of Disney, Nacelle and Seven Bucks Productions. He will also be credited for the original work in the show.
I just had a productive phone call with Brian Volk-Weiss, director of ‘Behind the Attraction’ and CEO of The Nacelle Company.
He took full responsibility for the Tower of Terror situation and offered a genuine apology on behalf of Disney, Nacelle, and Seven Bucks Productions.

Brian provided full transparency about the series of events that caused this to happen, and I am grateful that we were able to arrive at a resolution on good terms.
The Tower of Terror episode will be re-edited to include my name in the credits.

I also want to add that Jeremy Samples (credited for graphic design on the series) was not involved with this incident.
I am told that my work was copied due to a chain of mistakes in the production process, and Brian has taken full responsibility as the director.

Wow! It’s refreshing to see someone apologize and take responsibility! I have to admit my respect for Brian Volk-Weiss has increased significantly (I’m a big fan of the The Toys That Made Us.)
Hollywood take note. This is how you handle a situation. You make it right and you credit those that deserve it. Disney you should hire more people like him.
