This is his second win. He also won in 2018 and then proposed to his girlfriend.
This year runDisney had 18 thousand runners, from 72 countries, that participated in the 4 days of events including: 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, Full Marathon and Children’s races.
Wow! I have been to the runDisney events and I have seen the crowds, but to quantify it into that number, it really hits home how many people participate!
Among those 18k participating were some celebrities according to Fox 35:
18,000 participants competed in the four-day Walt Disney World Marathon in 2020, including several professional athletes. For example, Olympic track legend Jackie Joyner-Kersee, former NFL stars Warrick Dunn and Tiki Barber, and Paralympian and ESPN personality Victoria Arlen participated.”
I want to give a special congratulations to Mr. Hilton.
But I also want to give an extra congratulations to those that went and gave it their all, finish or not. It’s not an easy thing.
